Wiesbaden Hot Springs in Ouray, Colorado provide a secluded hot spring retreat away from the busyness of the more touristy Ouray Hot Springs. I have visited these hot springs a couple of times and have had a pleasant and relaxing experience both times.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you are visiting Ouray, Colorado and want to experience the relaxing and healing properties of a hot spring, but do not want to be amongst large crowds, Wiesbaden Hot Springs Spa and Lodging<\/a> is a perfect place to visit. The property features an outdoor pool that is constantly fed by hot springs, a vapor cave, and a private, reservation only hot spring pool. Since the pools are continuously fed with water, they do not use harsh chemicals to keep them clean. The main outdoor pool temperatures vary, but average around 102-103 degrees Fahrenheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vapor cave is a unique feature where you enter an underground cavern that has a shallow pool. You can sit around the pool taking in the vapors or sit in the pool that reaches 108 degrees Fahrenheit. For a private experience, you can book the Lorelei private soaking pool for an hour. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy a pool all to yourself or with a significant other. The Lorelei ranges between 100-105 degrees and provides a tranquil place to unwind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also stay at the property in one of many different guest rooms or separate cottages. For additional relaxation, you can also book a massage.
